Arts Council England has commissioned Indigo Ltd to facilitate this process. All data you submit through this form will be stored by Indigo Ltd in order to analyse responses at an aggregated level. Your responses will be anonymised and your personal data will be deleted once the consultation is complete. Your responses will be used to inform the service design by Arts Council England.

The consultation will gather your feedback via an online platform. The platform will be open for you for five days to take part. During that time, we will share a range of different models and ask you for your feedback through a variety of “tasks”. You can complete these whenever you like during that week. As we review early responses, we may ask you additional questions through the platform. In total, we are likely to need about an hour of your time, which can be spread over the week. You will receive email notifications and reminders through the week to ensure we gather your feedback during that time.

Tasks will include the chance to record your thoughts via video or audio if you would like to do so. We will make activities accessible, but additional support for those with access requirements will be available.

To allow for diary demands, there are two different five-day windows you can select: 13-17 July or 20-25 July. We’ll ask you which date window you would prefer in this form.
